Apologies, but we couldn't display this passage from ESV.org. Please read Job 39
Teaching by Rev. William Moody
As God continues with Job His tour of the created world, in this chapter He focuses more on His great care of animals.
God speaks of His knowledge of the animals birthing (v1-4), of providing for the wild donkeys (v5-8), of the wild ox (v9-12), of the ostrich (v13-18), of horses (39 v19-25) and the birds of prey (v26-30)
The point in all of this is to show to Job how God’s knowledge far exceeds Job’s, how God’s power equally exceeds Job’s and how God’s love for the created world is boundless.
Job has been pointing the finger at God, here the Lord blows Job away by revealing something of the great wonder of God’s ways in the world.
We must bow down before the Lord who is the Creator and Sustainer of all and worship Him for His power, wisdom and love.
